Julia Aude, MSW Intern
She/Her
Therapist Intern
As a therapist in training, I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. I am especially interested in therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My goal is to walk alongside clients as they explore their stories, discover their strengths, and find practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my houseplants, reading books, and being outdoors. Nature is where I feel most grounded and centered, and I bring that same sense of calm and balance into the therapeutic space. I look forward to supporting clients in their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
