Adults & Families | Trauma, Anxiety & Life Challenges | CBT, DBT Informed & Family Systems Oriented

I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, identity questions, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they explore their stories, discover their strengths, and build tools that support both emotional growth and everyday functioning.

My clinical interests include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I’m drawn to approaches that help clients understand the different parts of themselves, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build emotional regulation and self-compassion. I tailor my work to each individual and view therapy as a collaborative process rather than something that is “done to” clients.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my houseplants, reading, and being outdoors. Nature is where I feel most grounded, and I strive to bring that same sense of steadiness and calm into the therapeutic space. I look forward to supporting clients in their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
