As we work to identify obstacles in life and tools to change and improve our well being, one frequent obstacle I have come across is the commute. Taking an extra hour (or more) of the day to commute, having to find child care, pick up kids from school, or find transportation in the first place often becomes a reason people don’t pursue therapy. Having therapy from your own home allows more time in your schedule. In the era of digital technology we have reached, we are able to have confidential care without the need to commute.  When treatment is more accessible it is easier to address the problems we face before they become unmanageable. I look forward to working together in finding ways to thrive in life and for self discovery. If you are looking to move forward in life, you have found the right place.

Best Regards,
