There are times in life when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held tightly by fear and anxiety. Sometimes we need support to move through those experiences and toward healing. As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with understanding—understanding our stories, our emotions, our identities, and the systems we navigate every day.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational, and social justice–oriented lens. I use empathy, active listening, and genuine curiosity to help clients build insight and make meaning of their experiences. I work to honor the complexity of identity and to make therapy a space where all parts of you are welcomed. As a queer, white, cis-woman, I strive to remain accountable for how my own identities show up in the room so that you can feel at home in yours.
I enjoy working with clients who are exploring anxiety, identity, life transitions, trauma, and the challenges of being human in a world that isn’t always designed with everyone in mind. Together, we make room for understanding, self-compassion, and new ways of relating—to yourself and to others.
