Hi! I'm Jamie. I am here to offer you a safe space to process your experiences, heal from your wounds, and start to live again. Everyone carries something of their past with them. Those of us that have faced trauma often carry our past into our present. Trauma can be the result of emotional abuse, sexual assault, domestic abuse, military service, incarceration, or as an outcome of serving others with trauma. Trauma often looks like anxiety, depression, loneliness, or low self-esteem. Together, we will conquer the past and help you reach your goals through a variety of therapeutic techniques. I have a passion for working with individuals and families as we walk together on a path to recovery, peace and wellness. Our time together can address issues of unwanted thoughts, negative emotions, and/or undesired behaviors through eclectic, holistic methods that address the brain, body, and soul in a way that is tailored to each client's needs.
