Life is full of highs, lows, and everything in between. Along the way, it’s normal to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. With the right support, those challenging chapters can become more manageable and even more meaningful. I’m a master’s level clinical social worker with a background in psychology, and I enjoy helping people understand how their minds work so they can navigate life with greater confidence and ease.
In therapy, my goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build skills that support a more fulfilling life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and how shifting them can change how you feel and how you move through the world.
