I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida with over 12 years of experience supporting clients across outpatient, inpatient, school, rehab, and correctional/prison settings. I work with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as trauma, addiction, family conflict, life transitions, mood disorders and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, REBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy—to support clients in developing insight, building coping skills, improving communication, strengthening boundaries, and creating meaningful change. My role is to offer empathy, authenticity, and guidance while helping you identify and shift unhelpful patterns. I’m an autism dad, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and the Michigan National Guard, and I returned to college in my mid-30s to pursue my social work degrees. These experiences inform my understanding of discipline, motivation, identity, and change—both for individuals and families. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy playing guitar and singing, fishing, disc golf, and spending time outdoors. I’m a spiritual person at heart and believe we all have tools at our disposal to overcome life’s challenges—it’s often just a matter of learning where those tools are and how to use them.
