Neurospicy | Anxiety, Identity & Life Transitions | Trauma Informed
Reaching out for help when we are at our lowest is one of the most valiant acts of bravery we can accomplish. I’m Jessica (she/her), and I work with neurodivergent emerging and young adults who are navigating anxiety, identity, belonging, and life transitions. My passion is helping people unlock their potential and move through the mental hurdles that make life feel overwhelming or out of alignment.
My approach is collaborative and practical. Together, we identify what’s getting in the way, set goals that matter to you, and build skills to support confidence, emotional well-being, and independence. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies, along with trauma-informed, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. During our work, you’ll have space to express yourself openly and authentically, without fear of judgment or pressure to perform.
I believe everyone deserves a therapeutic space where they feel seen, heard, and supported as they grow into themselves. I look forward to partnering with you as you build a life that reflects your values, strengths, and identity.
