Adults | Trauma, Grief & Disabilities Support | EMDR, Trauma Informed & Empowerment Focused
In my practice, I've had the privilege of supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and child abuse—work that has deepened my understanding of resilience and strengthened my resolve to advocate for change. I focus clinically on managing anxiety and depression, supporting individuals with disabilities, and creating a safe space where healing can thrive.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with over two decades of dedicated experience in the mental health field. My background as a certified grief counselor, trauma specialist, and EMDR practitioner reflects my commitment to helping people move through some of life’s most challenging circumstances with dignity, strength, and support.
My philosophy is grounded in autonomy, trust, and authenticity. I believe that people heal best when they are given room to find their own solutions, and I consider it both a privilege and a responsibility to walk alongside those overcoming fear, loss, and adversity. In every encounter, I aim to help clients access their inner strength and move toward a greater sense of peace and possibility.
Across my career, I’ve been continually reminded of the profound resilience that lies within each person. As we work together, my hope is to help you harness that resilience and chart a path toward healing and growth. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy quilting, baking, riding horses, and spending time with my three dogs—Murphy, Teddy, and Lexy.
