Individuals & Families | Trauma, Grief & Emotional Wellness | Trauma-Informed & Strengths-Based
Through both professional and personal experience, I’ve learned that when we work together, we can accomplish truly meaningful things. I have extensive training in trauma, grief, and loss, as well as experience supporting individuals who are terminally ill. Over the past 12 years as a clinical social worker and therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teenagers, adults, and families as they navigate some of life’s most difficult moments.
I believe that therapy is built on trust, safety, and genuine connection. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based frameworks, and aspects of family systems and solution-focused therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I provide telehealth services that allow clients to access care in a private and comfortable environment, while we work together to build coping skills, emotional insight, and resilience.
I have seen firsthand what therapy can do—how it creates space for inner calm, healing, and growth. The first step is reaching out and believing that change is possible. I am beyond excited to start this journey with you and would be honored to support you along the way.
