What if your difficult emotions could be seen as opportunities for growth rather than signs of weakness? Suffering is universal, but with the right perspective it can become a source of energy that moves you toward your goals and a deeper sense of contentment. Many people seek happiness by changing their circumstances first, but I believe acceptance often creates the conditions for change to unfold more naturally.
In my clinical practice, I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on how thoughts and beliefs influence behavior, and how accepting life’s circumstances can create room for intentional action. I work at the pace that feels right for you—whether that’s shorter-term, goal-directed work or longer-term therapeutic support.
My calling is working with depression and anxiety, and I am also proficient in supporting individuals and families navigating addiction, grief, existential concerns, and behavioral challenges. I particularly enjoy working with families who have children experiencing behavioral or developmental concerns, and helping them build tools that support connection, resilience, and understanding.
At the core, my approach is collaborative, present-focused, and rooted in the belief that healing begins with making space for all parts of the human experience.
