Our clinicians support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, identity exploration, stress, grief, and relationship challenges. Specialties vary by clinician.

Do you prescribe medication?

We currently do not prescribe medication. Clients who may benefit from medication can be referred to a psychiatric provider.

Do you provide couples or family therapy?

Yes, we provide individual, family, and relationship therapy for all relationships; couples, thruples, poly-cules, and more (we think it is important you define your relationships and not us.)
