Fees & Insurance
Do you accept insurance for online therapy?
Yes. Since 2016, insurances have reimbursed us directly for 75% of all our services, which means most of our patients only pay an outpatient copay.
We are in-network with many major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid (availability depends on your state) and we will verify your coverage before your first appointment, so you know your exact benefits for individual, couples, family, or group therapy.
If we’re not in-network for your plan, we offer:

Absolutely, TelebehavioralHealth.US is a healthcare organization and a HIPAA-regulated covered entity. All our services are delivered through secure, compliant platforms. We are legally reguired to uphold the technical, physical and administrative safeguards mandated to protect patient data. Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy for therapy appointments?
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may result in a fee. If you need to cancel your appointment please contact our practice management specialist by emailing info@tbhus.com or calling us at (616) 327-2405
