What is the cost?

Yes, we are an In-Network Provider with numerous insurance companies. You must be resident of the same state as one of our practice locations.

Our goal is to have clinicians in every state by 2024.
What is the registration process?

Our billing staff will connect with you prior to your first appointment to verify your insurance benefits and inform you of your out-of-pocket costs.

The process of insurance reimbursement is the same process as in office therapy. Costs for services vary by plan.

Since we opened in 2016, our in network payers have reimbursed us for 75% of all services, meaning the average costs to our clients is the cost of their copay after deductible

Copays are collected either at the end of each session or at monthly. You will be required to keep a card on file, however, you will never be charged without receiving an invoice prior to your card being charged.

Once we receive your request our support team will follow up with you within one business day to verify your insurance, connect you to our patient portal, and answer any questions you have.

You will need to complete the intake forms and consents in the patient portal prior to scheduling with your therapist.

Typically we are able to complete the intake process and schedule your first session within one to two weeks.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please contact 911 or go to your local emergency room. We are not currently able to respond to mental health emergencies through our website.
