Self
Help

For many people, evidence-based self-help is an effective alternative to therapy.  Self-help can be used in many ways and there is an entire internet of self-help resources available on the world wide web.

Self-help can be used to reduce impairment associated with behavioral health problems by effectively treating a specific diagnosis, supporting an individual's ability to more successfully navigate the world or helping with furthering one's self actualization.
