About the Course

Do you live life on autopilot? Are you lacking meaning and purpose? Do you struggle to regulate your emotions? Are you sensitive to stress? Do you find your relationships are chaotic? This group might be for you! This is an active skills group for people ready for change. While this group is using the skills from the evidence-based practice of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), it is an adaptation and therefore not the actual evidence-based practice. Participation and homework are required.

This group is available to Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Maryland residents only at this time.
