Warm Welcome!

With nearly two decades of experience providing therapy—and over 40 years of lived experience navigating the highs and lows of being human—I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work. I sometimes describe myself as a “mental health aesthetician,” creating a compassionate space for clients to move toward greater health, stability, and independence in their lives.

My approach is collaborative and rooted in honoring the strengths you already carry while rediscovering those that may have been lost along the way. I draw from a psychodynamic foundation and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), self-reflection, and trauma-informed, strengths-based practices to support meaningful change. My work emphasizes insight, emotional awareness, and skill development, bridging both understanding and action.

I am particularly effective in supporting women across the lifespan, especially those navigating self-esteem challenges and major life transitions—areas I understand deeply through my own lived experience. I strive to meet each client where they are, with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I want to see you thrive, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
