My name is Jessica. I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work degree at Grand Valley State University. With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults, assisting them through various challenges.
I firmly believe that even in the darkest moments, there is potential for resilience and renewal. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, coping with a major life transition, or facing any of life's challenges, you are not alone. I am here to guide you towards finding light amidst the darkness.
My therapeutic approach is centered on the belief in each individual's inherent capacity for growth and healing. The cornerstone of my practice is building a strong, therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, compassionate environment for you to express your thoughts, feelings, and memories without fear of judgment. Building trust is essential, and I am committed to supporting you at every step as we explore and grow together. I look forward to being a part of your journey towards resilience, growth, and hope. I am excited to start this journey with you, learning and growing together.
