Life can be hard for all of us at different points, and none of us are meant to walk that journey alone. My heart’s desire is to walk alongside people during those difficult seasons and help them rediscover peace, joy, and a sense of belonging. My foundation—my rock—is faith, and that is central to who I am. At the same time, I honor that everyone’s beliefs and experiences are different, and I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse spiritual backgrounds and worldviews.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a coach, a youth leader, and the oldest of four daughters, watching young girls and women search for worth, identity, and love. My experience in hospice care further deepened my understanding of meaning-making and spiritual exploration; we asked patients what the meaning of life was for them, and I learned how to sit with people in some of their most sacred and vulnerable moments.
In my clinical work today, I specialize in supporting adolescent girls and women who are seeking belonging, self-worth, spiritual grounding, or emotional healing. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and relational, drawing from trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Family Systems, and strengths-based and person-centered frameworks. I also incorporate principles from mindfulness and solution-focused therapy to help clients build resilience and move toward what matters most to them.
Whether you’re working through grief, identity, faith, life transitions, or the quiet ache of feeling like something is missing, my goal is to walk alongside you—never ahead or behind—as you discover a path toward meaning, connection, and wholeness.
