I am Co-Founder and the CEO of TelebehavioralHealth.US, and a founding board member of the Mental Health Professionals Equity Alliance (MHPEA). As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to reshaping how mental health care is delivered, making it more accessible, equitable, and sustainable for both clients and clinicians.
Our model is grounded in clinical integrity, sustainable practice, and provider support, offering clinicians flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and reduced administrative burden. We are proud to operate as a facility-less, woman-owned, and environmentally conscious organization that continuously evolves to meet the needs of our communities while honoring the clinicians who serve them.
In my leadership role with MHPEA, a nonprofit created by and for licensed mental health professionals across disciplines, I work to address the systemic issues threatening our field. Our advocacy targets insurance overreach, unsustainable reimbursement structures, and the growing loss of provider autonomy due to private equity and venture capital influence. I contribute to national strategy, legislative efforts, and media campaigns that elevate clinician voices, protect the workforce, and defend ethical care models.
Outside of work, I find balance do my best meditation in my Moxi skates on Michigan’s scenic trails. As a neurodivergent human, skating is my "special area of interest." It’s the best thing ever. I highly recommend it.
If you’re interested in partnering with TelebehavioralHealth.US, supporting MHPEA’s mission, or looking for someone to skate with, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
