I strongly believe that we all have unique strengths, challenges and life stories, and I work from a person centered approach above all else. The foundation of our work together is the unique relationship that we are able to build to achieve the goals you have for yourself. I see you as the expert in your life while I’m here to walk alongside you to remove barriers, provide tools, skills and a safe space to meet your needs. Struggling and suffering are innately a part of life, however, we don’t have to remain in this space forever. It is my passion to help others find healing, meaning and freedom in moving through and past painful, difficult or challenging life spaces. Our work together is without judgment and I value honoring your individuality as we create a safe space where vulnerability, healing and growth are welcomed with genuine compassion, care and partnership.
